As a Center for Independent Living, SEMCIL is dedicated to the Independent Living Philosophy of consumer control and self-direction. We offer a variety of services and programs designed to assist people with disabilities in living as independently as they choose.

The Disability Linkage Line (DLL) is a free, statewide telephone information and referral resource that provides Minnesotans with disabilities or chronic illnesses and their representatives with a single access point to connect to community services.
