• Being home bound because of an illness or accident is devastating. There are many people who find they must rely on canes, walkers, wheelchairs and scooters while still living in homes that are not accessible.   Your contribution to SEMCIL can help ensure communities; towns and homes in southeastern Minnesota are architecturally accessible.
