Direct Support Professionals (DSPs): All locations

SEMCIL is in need of both full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals (former job title was Personal Care Assistant) for Rochester and surrounding areas. DSPs provide services to people with disabilities in their homes or in the community. You can set your own schedule as we have morning, afternoon, evening and some weekend hours available. Excellent starting wage. Benefits include paid time off and a retirement plan. Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. SEMCIL will provide training. Qualified candidates must be dependable and have good communication skills. Background check and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review will be required.
