Personal Care Assistant - Accepting applications for all areas
To be considered for an open position, interested applicants should
complete the online application and/or
email a

the Human Resources Manager.

Q. How do I apply for an open position?
A. Interested candidates can apply by completing
the on-line application and submitting it electronically to the Human Resources
Manager. Individuals
may also apply by submitting a resume in person, via e-mail/mail or completing
an application in the respective office.
Q. How
long are applications/resumes kept on file?
A. Applications/resumes will be on kept on file one
(1) year from the date of their submission.
Q. How
often is orientation held for direct caregivers? Am I able to just show up or do I need to schedule my orientation? What
do I need to bring to the training?
A. Orientation is held on selected days,
in the Rochester and Winona offices and is approximately 4 hours in length. Every
prospective candidate that attends orientation has gone through the hiring
process and has been scheduled to attend; applicants are not able to just
show up for the training. Individuals that attend
orientation need to make sure they bring a photo ID, social security card
or birth certificate, and a voided check or savings deposit information for direct
deposit.
