By participating in the full seven-week training we hope attendees will

positions appropriately, be more comfortable with the interview process
and have learned skills that will help them maintain employment.
- Skill and experience in the vocational area of their interest
- An opportunity to add to their resume
- Positive references for future employer
While our program isn't designed to place individuals into actual
employment, it does encourage people to think employment is possible.
A number of our graduates have gone on to receive additional employment
services through vocational rehabilitation services, some have registered
for classes at RCTC, and some are now employed.
