Centers for Independent Living (CILs) were created by people with disabilities, for people with disabilities to establish civil rights and individual control. We are a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization providing services and supports to people of all disabilities at any age. Our services are available in the southeastern Minnesota counties of: Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha, and Winona.
