We value the thousands of meaningful hours that DSPs do every day and are committed to providing a safe, respectful work environment where our DSPs feel appreciated. Additional Information
- All DSPs must complete and pass a MN DHS background study and fingerprinting prior to attending orientation or beginning work.
- Our starting wage is $19.00/ hour.
- Services are provided in the recipient’s home or community (SEMCIL does not own or operate any residential buildings).
