Participants will learn how to safely prepare a variety of delicious, healthy and cost-effective meals. Space is limited to 8 consumers per class and these sessions do fill up.

Fee: $20.00 per 4 week session

Ages: 18 and up

Dates / Times: 4 weeks every Wednesdays, September 13th-October 4th, 4:30-6:30pm

IL Plan: Collaborate with SEMCIL staff to meet the goals for this session.

Goal: Increase overall cooking skills through hands-on participation in Cooking Class. Increase comfort level in the kitchen
through practice and experience.

Objective: Learn about/review kitchen safety. Increase ability to read/follow/understand recipes. Interact socially with SEMCIL staff and peers. Participate in the preparation and cleanup of class recipes.

Registration is required.   View, fill-out and return the Registration Form with payment. Registration fee is due by Friday, September 8, 2017.
